I'm a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, wife, and Twin mom. I have nearly a decade of experience helping people NAVIGATE through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions. As the daughter of a first responder and the wife of a firefighter, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work.
