I hold a Master of Social Work Degree from Azusa Pacific University with an emphasis in Micro Practice — which means my training is centered on you, the individual, and the unique circumstances shaping your life.
I've been practicing for nearly a decade, and in that time, I've had the privilege of walking alongside clients through anxiety, depression, domestic violence recovery, grief, relationship challenges, and some of life's hardest seasons.
Founder Story
I didn't just study first responder families in a textbook. I grew up as the daughter of a first responder, and today I'm married to a firefighter. I know what it's like to worry when someone doesn't come home on time. I know the silence of solo parenting, the mental load of managing everything, and the quiet weight of loving someone who carries trauma home with them — even when they don't talk about it.
I've also walked a deeply personal path through fertility challenges and IVF. I know firsthand how isolating and emotionally exhausting that journey can be — and how little support is often available for the feelings that come with it. That experience deepened my commitment to maternal mental health and supporting women through the full spectrum of their reproductive journeys.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I'm passionate about making quality mental health care accessible to everyone.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and grounded in empathy. I'll never make you feel judged. I'll show up for you the way I'd want someone to show up for me.
Informed, evidence-based care delivered with heart.
Every client deserves to feel welcome and safe.
I do what I say I will do.
I lead with understanding, always.
