You Deserve Support That Actually Fits Your Life

the services

All sessions are offered via telehealth in English or Spanish, making it easy to fit care into your schedule — wherever you are. I understand first hand how hectic life can get, and will work with you and your schedule.

No two people come to therapy for the same reason — and no two people heal the same way either.

Whether you're a first responder quietly struggling, a partner holding the household together, or a mother navigating something no one warned you about, there's a space here for you.

The OFFERINGS

For adults ready to do the work and reclaim their sense of self.

Life can get heavy. Anxiety that won't quiet down. A sadness you can't quite shake. A relationship that's left you feeling smaller than you should. Or maybe something happened — something you've been carrying alone for too long.

Individual therapy is a dedicated space each week that belongs entirely to you. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build practical tools you can use in everyday life, and work through the deeper patterns that keep showing up.

Individual Therapy

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Therapy is most effective when you show up consistently and stay open to the process. It's not always comfortable — but it is worth it.

  • First responders managing PTSD, anxiety, burnout, or substance use concerns
  • Fire wives, police spouses, and partners navigating the unique challenges of the lifestyle
  • Children of first responders struggling with anxiety, fear, or emotional dysregulation
  • Individuals working through communication issues, emotional disconnect, or role strain

This service is designed for:

For those who serve, protect, and the families who love them.

The first responder life is unlike any other. The long shifts, the things you see on the job, the culture of toughing it out — it all adds up. And for the spouses, children, and families at home, there's a different kind of weight: the worry, the solo parenting, the emotional distance, the unsaid things.

As the daughter of a first responder and the wife of a firefighter, I don't just understand this world professionally — I live it. That experience shapes every session I offer to first responder families.

First Responder & Family Support

You can expect a judgment-free space where the culture is understood from the inside out. You won't have to over-explain your world here — I already get it.

For women navigating pregnancy, infertility, IVF, and the postpartum period.

The journey to motherhood — in all its forms — can be one of the most emotional experiences of a woman's life. And yet so much of what women actually feel during this time goes unspoken.

The grief of a failed cycle or miscarriage. The anxiety of a difficult pregnancy. The isolation of postpartum depression. The pressure to feel grateful when you feel anything but. These are real experiences, and they deserve real support.

I walked through my own challenging pregnancy and IVF journey, and I know how isolating it can feel when the world expects you to only feel joy. You are allowed to feel all of it — and you don't have to feel it alone.

Maternal Mental Health

You can expect compassion without comparison. A space where you can say the things you're afraid to say out loud — and be met with understanding, not judgment.

Change is possible. But it requires your active participation. The best results come to clients who commit to sessions, practice what we work on outside of the therapy room, and stay open to the process — even when it's hard.

Therapy is like medicine — it doesn't work instantly. It works when you show up, stay consistent, and give the process time.

If you're ready to do that, I'm ready to walk alongside you.
