Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes! I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can get a feel for each other before committing. There's no obligation — it's just a chance to say hello and ask any questions you might have.

Do you offer sessions in Spanish?

Absolutely. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and provide sessions in both languages.

How long does therapy take?

Every person's journey is different. Therapy isn't a quick fix — it's a process that requires consistency and commitment. Most clients attend weekly sessions, and many begin to notice shifts within a few months of consistent work. We'll check in regularly to make sure the approach is working for you.

What issues do you specialize in?

I specialize in anxiety, depression, domestic violence recovery, and first responder family dynamics. I also provide maternal mental health support, including perinatal mental health, IVF and fertility-related emotional challenges, and postpartum support.

Do you take insurance?

Please reach out directly to discuss payment options and insurance. I'm happy to help you understand your options.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are currently held via telehealth, which makes scheduling flexible and convenient — especially for busy families and first responders with unpredictable schedules.

If you didn’t find what you were looking for, I’d love to help. Reach out anytime — I’m always happy to connect and guide you through the next step.
